I received the above from someone that I now cannot recall.  I've read
the book - in fact I read it when it came out some 10 yrs ago but
forgotten much of it - I want to thank the referer failed tonote his
name.  It was an entertaining read and I think contained a great deal of
little known facts about Mark Twain.  I have read other things by this
writer, Julie Smith but she has'nt written much lately that I know of.
